Riding Program
Hold your Horses – beginner riders
Those who are just learning about horses – they need to learn all about the horse, safety and grooming. They can go up in the saddle, but only at a walk and in a small ring or on a leadline. Helmet a must for minors!
Saddle Up – intermediate riders
Those who have experience with horses already and are able to get the saddle on the horse by themselves and get up on the horse. Those who have already trotted a horse or who are graduating from Hold your Horses. Helmet a must for minors!
Let’s Ride – experienced riders
Those who are very experienced with horses. They have shown or trained a horse and have walked, jogged, trotted, cantered, and/or galloped or who are graduating from Saddle Up. Helmet a must for minors!
As everyone develops at their own speed, we do not put a set time as to when each student graduates to the next level. Please do not ask us to advance your child! Our staff is knowledgeable and can determine when each child should advance. Remember, safety is always first at our facility! We care about each student and each student's safety!
